CHARTER INSTALLATION OF ROTARY CLUB OF ROURKELA VIBRANT

The installation ceremony of Rotary Club of Rourkela Vibrant was conducted at Brahmani Club. This is the 9th Rotary Club of Rourkela. On the occasion Rtn DG(E) Manjit Singh Arora was the Installing Officer & Rtn PDG Fakir Charan Mohanty, ARC was the guest of honour. President of Rotary Club of Royal Rtn Biswanath Dey & Secretary Rtn Vivek Tibrewal were also present as guests of honour. Rotary Club of Rourkela Royal is the sponsoring club of the new club. The executive members of Rotary Club of Rourkela Vibrant, namely Rtn Archana Debata, President, Rtn Udit Kumar Sahu, Secretary, Rtn Ganeswar Patnaik, President Elect,Rtn Basanta Ku Tanty, Treasure,all charter members & a few new member took Rotary oath.

 Secretaries &  members of other Rotary Clubs were also present on the occasion. The meeting was conducted by Rtn Archana Debata, President. It started with National Anthem followed by one minute silence for world peace. The new club has already conducted two impressive projects like entertainment programme for the inmates of Bal Sudhar Gruha (Juvenile Jail) at Chhend, Rourkela followed by dinner with them. The second project involved donation of a wheel chair with commode facility to a partially abled person at Hi-tech Hospital, Rourkela. All the guests present expressed appreciations on the projects. Rtn Ganeswar Patnaik & Rtn Dr Minati Panda co-ordinated the programme. Rtn Manjurani Meher, Rtn Sanjukta Pati, Rtn Dr Minati Panda & Rtn Ganeswar Patnaik introduced the guests. Rtn Ajit Mohan Pujari offered vote of thanks. The invocation was done by Rtn Kajal Padhi. Other Rotarians of the new club present were Anita Naik, Prasanta Ranjan Patra, Saroj Patra, Mohan Rao & Sashikanta Sarangi.
