New Fitness Point inaugurated at Social Centre of Tensa Barsua Iron Mines of RSP

A new Fitness Point was inaugurated at Social Centre of Tensa Barsuan Iron Mines by Mr. Subhas K Das ED (EMD) with additional charge ED (L&I) . Present on the occasion were Mr. Tilak Patnaik, GM In-charge (BIM- TIM), Mr. P.K. Sahaya, GM (RMC), Kolkata, Mr. J. P Mishra, DGM (P&A), other Senior Officers of BIM and employees of BIM. The programme was coordinated by Mr. Amiya Rout, Assistant Manager (BIM, KIM & Taldih). The Fitness Point is equipped with up to date fitness gears like Treadmill, Stationary Bicycle, Weightlifting and Multi Gym equipments.  These equipments will help the employees, their dependents and all local residents stay fit. Notably the Social Centre has badminton court, Table Tennis Hall, Carom Board and Chess centres and a reading room. It also has a huge community hall for organizing cultural functions. The Fitness Point will be an added attraction for the residents of the township.
